Unhappy Wiring harness to GT fog lights

Does anyone know if the wiring harness installed in a 6cyl where GT fog lights go actually runs power? I checked mine to see where it ran to within the engine and only seems to go to a bunch of other wires, also tested them to see if a current was running through them while the headlights were on.

So would I have to do the wiring myself, or just get the fog lamps and the switch for the interior.

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated, because my Chilton book wasn't even that helpful with its wiring diagram

94-95 are prewired plug and play.. 96-04 u need to add the wiring kit and plug it into the battery or under the dash.

Awesome, thats what I was hoping cause of the harness being there. I found this page about wiring the fogs so that you can put them on alone without headlights or parking lights- by working with the convertable top wires even though mine isnt a vert. I'd include a link but the site won't let me.

Do you suggest doing this to connect them? Cause if its just that simple, i'll get the fog lamps, switch and the relay and be content when they work.
