Wieght diff between GT and 3.8 in 99-04 cars

I wanted to know how much wieght there is between the 3.8 mustang and 4.6 GT, I have a gt and I watched a V6 hang the wheels the other night a good foot. And he says he is making about 360hp which is only 30hp more then me, I've got the suspension and I can't do it.
