cobra exhaust??

will cobra take offs fit on a v6??? (just the cat back part) i was wondering b/c the exhaust is shaped different from the gt take offs

Depends on the year of the cobra and the year of your v6. As long as they are the same body style they will fit because they all use the same exhaust hangers even if the mufflers/pipes *look* different. Just make sure its not a custom exhaust before you buy it becaues who knows what the muffler shop did.

Assuming you bought the newer style (99-04) cobra exhaust, it will not fit. These cobras were equipped with IRS, hence the exhaust piping takes a completely different path around this rear setup as opposed to the solid rear axle setup.

Don't buy it unless you plan to do an IRS swap

Good point I forgot about the IRS. I was thinking 94-98.
