Would this work??trans question

Hey all, here's the situation. My ol'lady has a 2000v6 auto and 3rd gear & od took a crap with less than 50k on the car. I have the opportunity to pick up a 95' v6 with a 5spd with 70k on it for $500 from a friend of mine. It was in an accident and the front and rear are damaged. My question is can I use the 95 as a donor car to make the 2000 a stick?? Thanks

You'll need the tailhousing out of the 99-04 5spd. I'm not sure if the auto has a tailhousing that you can disconnect and have it work with the pre99 t5 or not. The difference b/w 94-98 v6 t5's and the 99-04's is how the speedo works.
