Yay or Nay?

I currently have a stock H-pipe, was thinking of upgrading to one of these,

The item number from pypes is XFM39

It has more info on there, but it's cheaper on this site.

What do y'all think?

This is what he's thinking of buying, anything would be an imporvement over stock performance wise, right now that is the restriction in the exhaust, once the midpipe is taken care of the restriction will be the stock shorty headers.
