Cool car studders and loss of power

I have a 2000 v6 mustang we have replaced the coil, replaced the cats because they were clogged up. the car runs better but cuts out at high rpm and has a general lack of power. we also cleaned the mass air flow and replaced the TPS and ISAC Sensor... Running out of options.. oh also repalced plugs, fuel filter and tested the fuel pressure. ... What do you think it could be??? I am going to film it an and post a link to you tube in a few so look back for a link in a little while... any suggestions are much appreciated.
