Answer is Nope.

Typical 97 vert with 8-point roll bar.

The 3.8 in my 02 stang sounded exactly like my GT.....until I turned it on.

Honestly, I've tried different setups on a few V6s but nothing is going to have that V8 sound. I had a 2-chamber Flowmaster on my 3.0 Ranger. It sounded nice and throaty at idle but once the revs built it started to sound a little "ricey". Switched to a Roush exhaust and the tone is mellow but still sounds like a 6.

The CTS is a nice car. Since it doesn't have the "V" emblem on it I would put it back to stock and enjoy it for what it is.

CTS as in Caddy CTS..hmm ok but yeah only thing that will make it sound like a V8 is....a V8 point blank. No matter what you do to it,you will not be able to make it sound like a v8 once it hits over about 2800rpm.

The only way you could even get close would be to convert it to odd-fire, which would require a custom crank and camshaft, along with a stand-alone computer and re-routed distributor/coil pack. Odd-firing is what gives a v8 that 'special' sound but the fact that it has 2 more cylinders is going to give it something you can never replicate. The SVO 4.5L Ford motor has the option for odd-fire if you can even find an odd-fire crank anymore.

Absolutely. I will send you a CD of my car with my SLP setup and all you have to do is get a 3000 watt system and blast the speakers.

Just don't play the peeling out parts while you are braking.

Odd firing order is what makes our v8s sound better than most v10s
