I assume there is more to it than that. When one disconnects these actuators it will turn on the CEL. I would think that this would be addressed with this kit? If not, one would just have to live with the CEL on?

I dont believe its monitored, could be wrong

But removing motion control is very dumb unless you hate good idling and low end torque

With a S/C low end torque is usually not an issue. On my 08' Bullitt, disconnecting the IRC resulted in a CEL.
