05 Mustang sct tuner

I have an sct tuner that i need to move. has been returned to stock but not sure if its vin locked. from what i have been told is that once it is installed it is vin locked to that vehicle. So if it can be reused i would like to sell. installed a progharger that came with the predator and have no use for it now. 200.00 And you pay shipping also comes with the cable to down load updates to your tune

I am in the same exact shoes you are in. I have heard too that you can't tune another computer once the vin # has been burned in. However, this past week I talked to Justin Burcham at JPC in Maryland and he told me that you can sell a excalibrator and re-use it. He claims that the rumor is bulls**t. I hope this can be cleared up for sure. I will come back to this thread and let you know if and when I find out for sure. Please do the same if you find out.
