JLT Oil Separators in stock Black or Clear

Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece that holds 2 oz of liquid. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O ring seal to prevent any leaks. We took this unit a step further and added a Ford Motorcraft metal mesh PCV Pre Filter element. This element collects the last bit of oil droplets and drains back into the tank when the engine is shut down.

This new JLT Oil Separator is designed to work on any engine, but we have made it easy for many of the popular Mustangs and trucks. It is offered as a plug and play set up for many vehicles with OEM factory PCV lines already attached, simply unplug your stock line and attach the new set up. Because this can benefit any engine we also have a base kit available with a mounting bracket and you supply the needed fittings and hose.

2005-2010 Mustang GT (driver side) includes: JLT Oil Separator, factory PCV line modified and attached.

Any chance you could post pics of both units? Are these usable with a Roush M90 set-up? Pricing??

Not familiar with a Roush M90, but here is how I tied a black satin JLT separator into a Vortech install:

I Just installed one on my 2006 GT Steeda Q400 and it is a sweet piece. Same install as Scott GT/CS Vortech although my install is a bit tight. My thermostat neck points towards the valve cover making the install a bit tighter. I may relocate the can with a bracket elsewhere in the future so that it will be easier to take can off and remove excess oil accumulation. In any event this was a good purchase and it dresses up the engine bay.

Does this resolve the problem of slight traces of oil going into the intercooler? I have an 06 with a Paxton.
