McLeod clutch help needed!!

Can someone please tell me where this round spacer goes? and I assume the pressure plate spring hub faces towards the transmission?

Thatís a pilot bushing, its home is in your crankshaft, where the nose of the input shaft sets when the trans is installed.
I would personally throw it to the side and use a pilot bearing.

The side facing up in your picture goes on the flywheel.
