Having tons of issues with vct system

car was running like crap, replaced the vvt solenoids and the phasers, and the whole timing assembly.
Car still doesn't run well and now it's dropping these codes

P0303
P0174
P0022
P0021
P0020
P0012
P0010

Car also makes no power until 3000 rpm and surges when cruising.

Ive exhausted my resources and really need help

clear all your codes and start again. see if the p0010 to p0022 appears again. if not check maf sensor; cylinder #3 for spark; vacuum leak or fuel problem.
