Anybody use Granatelli coilover??

OK, I would love to get MM Bilstein coilovers but dont have the $$$. I have some good struts/shocks and want to ditch the Sportlines. I was looking at the Granatelli kits. I do mainly spirited street driving and will do a little auto-x and open track. Is the 300 lb spring rate offered with the street kit the way to go? I read on MM websight sujesting 350 lb. I would think the road race 425 lb rate would be too stiff for normal street use.

Save your money and get the MM kit. You really dont want to get these guys started on Granatelli anything. It tends to get ugly.

Run a "search" on Granatelli before you buy antthing form them. And like ramnstang said, just save a little longer and get a MM or Griggs kit.

350lb CO springs are a good all around spring as long as your struts are up to it.

I have personal experience with the granatelli coilovers.
They crossthreaded on me since the ring and the threaded tube had such loose tolerances.

The D+D kit is much better.

I have also used the MM kit and it is definitely the nicest.
