2000 R brakes fitment question

The 2000R front brakes are 13" in diameter.

Here is a template to see if your wheels will clear them.

Damm! I'm psychic. The answer before the question. j/k I couldn't resist.

2000 R brakes fitment question

I just bought a set of SSR GT3's(18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rears). Now my 13" brakes look to small. I saw the 00 R brakes for a good price. I think is was like $800 and was thinking they would be pretty sweet on the car. Does anyone know if they would fit in those wheels? I was also thinking of the new 13" rear baer kit. Is this a good idea, or is there a better way to get really big brakes up front?

Thanks

As Jack said, the Cobra R brakes are 13" diameter, so the rotors will be the same size as what you have. The caliper is the only difference.

Cream may rise to the top, but sometimes sh&t floats too.

Beware of the huge wide calipers. Caused me problems. I just put in wheel spacers.
