QA1 coil overs and 12 ways...corners carvers? Options please!

Hey guys,
I was looking into the MM bilstein C/O kit but for 1600 bux, i was wondering what my other options were. I did a search but couldnt find too much about QA1 stuff as far as autocrossing. Heres what i m looking for. I have 89 LX that i drive daily to work and do the occasional autocross. I like a stiff ride but not neck breaking. Right now i have UMI LCAs, UMI uppers, UMI FUll length subs with jacking rails, and Eibach sportlines with stock shocks/struts. The car handles great for stock shocks but i need to do a front end rebuild so i m gonna do it all.
Heard anything about the QA1 and autocrossing? I know they are big on drag but i dont know if anyone is running there stuff on the corners...
I definitely want a quality coil over kit..not a no name brand. Heres the catch. I can get the QA1 products at a very good vendor discount. I did the math and i could get a whole kit for under 700 bux including shocks and tubular a arms....

You get what you pay for. You want quality, then MM is the choice.

Don't even think about the QA-1 stuff if you want handling. That stuff is great if you want a light front end for drag racing. I had a complete QA-1 front end on my 88 coupe and it isn't up to sharp handling...trust me.
