Dixie Region SCCA Allies vs Axis Event at SGMP

Allies/Axis 2005 is ON!

Dixie Region SCCA will again hold the Allies/Axis Solo 2.

When: December 4, 2005

Where: South Georgia Motorsports Park, 2521 Highway 41 N, Cecil, GA 31627. The 350 acre park is located just a mile outside of Cecil, GA. Cecil is approximately 12 miles north of Valdosta, GA. It is adjacent to I-75 at mile post 33.

Directions:
1. Take I-75 (From either the North or South) and get off at Exit 32.
2. From Exit 32, head east on Old Coffee Road for .3 miles, and then go North on US Highway 41 for 1.1 miles to South Georgia Motorsports Park

Cost: $30.00 per driver.

Schedule
7:53 AM - AXIS ATTACK!!!
8:00 AM - Registration/Technical Inspection.
9:30 AM - Registration and Tech close.
9:45 AM - Driver’s Meeting.
10:00 AM - Event begins.

Damn! We are having the CF region SCCA awards banquet that weekend. I would really like to attend but I already have tickets to the banquet.

i still think it would be more fun if j.k. or whoever is the designer could work the oval into the course!

The oval is only 60 ft wide with concrete walls. Solo 2 safety rules require 75 ft to fixed objects I believe.
