Which Master Cylinder for 4 wheel Cobra Conversion?

I am planning out my disc brake conversion and came across the deal of the century that has about 99% of everything I need with it. In short, I have a 1993 Cobra Master Cylinder, will this be sufficient? Should I go with the 1 1/16'th 94-95? Is there an advantage either way? What is the effect on pedal feel between the two?

A few cars, a few boats. The line up seems to change more than my signature.

I run the Crown Vic 73mm pistons up front with the 45mm Cobra rear calipers and use a 1" LTD MC (2-port). I added the '93 Cobra boster and it works great, pedal feel is just right. I ran the SVO MC before with the stock booster and it was a hair soft. I would think the '93 Cobra MC would work fine, but you might want to upgrade the booster.
