MM makes a kit for the bilsteins. Call them for suggested spring rates as it matters what suspension setup you currently have, plan to have, and what you plan to do with the car.

Edit to add my spring rates:

For my 50% OT car with a Three Link setup, MM recommended 325 lb/in up front with 250 lb/in out back.

If it is truly an MM kit then you will have Hypercoil springs and the rate should be etched into the end of the flat on the spring.
