T2R gear oil

What gear oil are you is everyone using with the Torsen T2R? Iíve been doing a bunch of reading about it and with the T2R they donít seem to be that concerned about what you use as long as it meets GL-5 standards. They also mention different weight gear oils will cause the T2R to act different and friction modifier is fine. They mainly say use what ever the manufacture says for your vehicle but since my car never came with one I thought about using the Motorcraft XY-75W140-QL gear oil Ford recommends for there cars with a torsen installed.

I got it from Maximum Motorsports a long time ago so I checked there site to see if they had recommendations but could find anything.
