anti-squat with a torque arm

on a Fox chassis is the squat/anti-squat sensitivity changed by the use of a torque arm? Is the torque arm angle factored into the equation along with the lower control arm angle? What is the range of the "optimal" control arm static angle?

Torque arm affect on anti-squat is mostly based on the torque arm's length and whether or not it is offset from the center of the axle, iirc. Bill Shope has an online calculator that will help show you what I mean. http://www.racetec.cc/shope/

Yes. The instant center changes location, so anti-squat changes.

The lower control angle and the length of the torque arm are the important factors. See diagram below.

It depends. In a slow speed, tight turn setting like autocross some degree of roll steer (greater static angle) will help. In a high speed setting with bigger turns this could lead to rear instability. So it depends what your goals are.

Here is a good discussion on TA / IC / anti-squat relationships.
