New tires rubbing, suggestions

http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_u...?v=z5Eo4Xem_2I

So just went to a autocross yesterday and tested the new tires out (275/40/18 front and rear goodyear eagle f1s "rain style tread) on fr500 18x9 and 18x10 rims

And I believed I smelled somthing on some tight turns, sure enough after watching the video and checking looks like I am rubbing 2 places in the fender liner, the fender wheel and maybe part of the k member?

So I was wondering what suggestions their are to help fix this without just buying different tires.

Tires rubbing fender liner - ride height is too low, or tires are too tall.
Tires/wheels rubbing k-member or control arm - you need steering rack limiters (cheap, easy fix).

Would things like... stiffer springs, poly bushings, bigger sways and or subframes help this issue, because in the video it only looks like on hard quick corner or ground change makes it rub with body roll
