Racecraft spindle help

Just picked up a set of Racecraft 2" drop spindles. Already has MM torque arm setup out back.
Car is a 95, mostly street, but hits the roadcourse a few times a year.
Bilstein HD struts & shocks. Going to convert to MM coilovers up front. Going to run 325lb springs up front.

Not sure whether to run 10" or 12" length springs. Any ideas? Why one or the other?
When setting ride height, should the control arm be level or be lower at the ball joint end?
Anything else I should be aware of?

You definitely want the 12" inch spring. Since the wheel shifts 2" up, you have to raise the car to get it back to your desired ride height. The adjustment for a 10 inch spring will be already near the top of the strut with factory spindles. It is ideal to get the control arm near level.

Sorry to piggyback the thread, but what do the drop spindles do?

Do they help you lower the car and keep 'stock' suspension geometry? ie-run a lower center of gravity but keep 'stock' geometry...

Can you 'feel' a difference?

It does the same thing as a kmember upgrade but without the wheel base extension and weight savings. Get MM's forward swept a-arms to get a .75" wheelbase extension and it effectively gets you the same results as their kmember upgrade with standard a-arms. Correcting the geometry and being able to lower the center of gravity adds a lot of front grip.
