Power Steering Spring Mod??

Does any one have detailed info on how to mod the ps pump to make it flow less fluid?? I know you have to cut some spring??

You guys need to stop giving me ideas!!! I just rebuilt my P/S pump. This would make too much of a mess for me to do it now. But a great idea none the less
