Will J&M CC Plates work with coil overs?

I was reading that MM coil overs need a good caster/camber plate.

I had these things for years.

will I be okay?

Those should be fine.

The two main things to watch out for are:
1. You need a spherical bearing, not a bushing.
2. The plates need to be strong enough not to bend. J&M claims they are a high strength steel alloy so they should be fine.

I have J&M on my 95 GT and they are plenty stout enough for coil overs.
