Rotor Identification

The car has a PBR (Cobra caliper) using a 12" rotor. This rotor is identical to the CObra rotor I just looked at but the replacement is 13" dia. All of the searching I have done always comes up with the 13" rotor. Can anyone tell me what model the 12" rotors are from?

Thanks!

That's what this car is ... an 89 hatch that was a NASA CMC car now running track day events. I did find a reference to te crown vic rotors on the CMC site. Just need to determine what year(s) CV and start hunting!

Thanks

Based on that it looks like 2003-2005 CV rotor. My car does have spacers between the caliper mount and the spindle, just as was described in this thread so maybe there is hope!! I'll check tomorrow and see what happens.

Thanks!

The 12" rotors are special order - they are designed for Camaro-Mustang Challenge cars and A-Sedan racing. I know of a few who have bought the 13" rotors and had them cut down on a lathe...

Smile Rotor Conformation

Just to confirm ... I just picked up 2003 Crown Vic rotors and they are a match for what is currently on the car (same as dicussed on the CC thread listed above). Thanks for all the input and case closed!

Thanks again!!
