MM K-member track width?

I have been eyeballing a MM k-member recently since I want my car to handle like its on rails. However I am concerned with the track width. I know a guy on stangnet who had a issue with his wheels sticking out past the fenders after he installed his MM k-member. Is this a common problem? If so how do people go about fixing it? MM's site does state that the track width is widened by 0.1in which should not be noticable but aslo shoult not cause the wheels to stick out that far.

Thanks for the help.
