You can count on me Ben, I'll be there for sure. Hopefully I can keep a blower belt on my POS long enough to make a full pass. I'll bring a couple of spares along just in case. See you there, Bob Ratliff.

No, not yet. Still scraping the money together. My vacation pay comes in a few weeks, then I'll be making the call. Hopefully then we will see what my car is capable of. I should have it dialed in by the fall event.

P.S. Happy Belated Birthday Ben !!!

Can't make it to this one Ben. We'll be installing my brand new in-ground Mustang Dyno on Wednesday and making all the connections on Thursday. The new shop is only two miles from the track, right on Route 20 towards Norwalk. Anyone/everyone can feel free to stop by and check us out if they want. You can see pictures of the shop at http://crt-performance.com.

Sorry the car went 10.52 @ 128 2 weeks ago and the only reason I was any way hesitant to drive it was cause the previous engine was a creation out of ur garage that would only make 5 passes then self destruct which it in turn did after last years smackdown Now driving is not an issue with an engine that will hold up! Hugs and Kisses!

You bet I'm coming. I'm taking Zak's car, since that's the one on the trailer. I think I'll run an 11.xx and really make him sorry he went to work.

I've thrashed on this turd just about everynite for the last two week. Last nite was my anniversary and my wife told me to just finish the car.(she rocks) I 've still got to total time it and set up the carb. Any suggestions on breathers to get this thing to quit smoking? It looks like a smoke break at an AA meeting when I get on it! This 4th gear grind is what has me concerned. i dont remeber it being there 4 years ago, but I also can't remember what I had for breakfast today, regardless. I'm going. Sticky tires could happen. Something will break. The beer will be cold.

Ben this will be the 3rd smackdown I've missed (including the first one), I know I'll miss a good time.

Tony, I see where you stand. If my dad runs an 11 I'll pay for his entire retirement... and james don't get any last minute nitrous ideas to try to put him over the edge.
