I have a 1st gen On3 kit with stock exhaust manifolds. I bought the kit used from a friend with a MPT70 .68 a/r. I turned it up to 20lbs or so and made just under 600rwhp and around 630rwtq. This is on a .020-over stock iron block, forged bottom end 9.0 compression, Patriot heads, Hitech cams (made for a roots blower but they work OK), Vic Jr intake, Accufab plenum and TB. Return fuel system.
A couple months ago I switched to the On3 76mm BB turbo with .96 a/r exhaust. I have made as much as 680rwhp and 696rwtq on a Dynojet at 22-23psi. E85 fuel, 15 degrees of timing. My car makes 20lbs of boost by around 4000rpm in 3rd gear on the street. I usually run it at around 20lbs...it made around 650 on 20lbs.
Buddy and I installed the kit over a weekend, fitment was fine. My car already had a tubular K-member when I bought it. It had a maxed-out Kenne Bell 1.9L blower on it at 14psi and made 460hp/500tq with the blower.
I have been very happy with the On3 kit, especially for the money.
