Ok! I installed my mark v111 fan and griffin aluminum radiator with my dcc fk 50 controller. my fan is not turning on:curses:. I did the altenator 130 amp upgrade, and it works perfect. i have power from the battery going in to the controller input post. i have my ground post on the controller going to my negative wire on my fan and also a small jumper going to my fender bolt as a ground. i have the output post on the controller going to my positive side on my fan wire. i have my key-on 12v power coming from my add a fuse that is for my monster tach connected together (yellow wire on the controller) to get my key on power to my controller. the temp sensor is located in the fins next to the lower radiator hose like the instructions stated. the sensor plug to the controller is plugged in to the top two pins on the controller (above the little blue box). the only thing that i have not hooked up was the a/c wire to run the fan on low speed or 50% when a/c is on! need to find out which one is the hot wire for the a/c (any help would be great!) could the temp sensor be bad? or is there something that i'm missing....... please help:salute:

IIRC, out of the box, it won't turn on until reaching operating temperature... if this is one of the DCC models with underdrive jumpers, I would try jumpering that to see if it turns on at start before looking further.
