Need help please

I have a 2000 GT with a v2 charger has stock pulley on bottom 3.33 on top I am only making 3-4 pounds of boost no leaks or slipping anybody have ideas or is that about right

from what I can find, no. that is not right. not even close.

I am new with chargers the gauge could be wrong

I think I found something under boost it started blowing oil I no it in motor but what
