85 gt for sale

new job forces sale what i got here is my baby a 1985 mustang gt very nice condition paint is faded but still looks nice still a head turner interior is pretty clean has small tear in headliner maybe an inch long usual wear on drivers side bolster had perfect dash pad up until last week. now it has one small crack in it. now for the good stuff. car has lx tail lights, bbk shorty headers gutted cats duel flowmasters all the way back 8.8 rear 373 gears sn-95 front suspension five lug all the way around maximum motorsports chrome caster camber plates tokico five way adjustable struts in front kyb gas adjusts out back also has 04 svt cobra rims nitto 555s all the way around 285/45/17 rears 275/45/17 fronts tires still have plenty of tred left subframe connectors steeda lower control arms j&m uppercontrol arms as for the engine its got a rebuilt 302 stock bottom end clevite bearings throughout ecam ported and polished gt40 heads milled 15 thousands comp cams dual valve springs weiand intake manifold stack 600 holley brand new ford racing polished valve covers engine compartment has brand new paint and is very clean motor has less than 1000 miles on it mobile1 synthetic only has 3 g 130 amp alternator smog pump delete brand new battery and selinoid new cap and rotor spark plugs and ford racing spark plugs(blue). transmission is a tremec 3550 opened her up and every thing looks brand new inside has a center force dual friction clutch and all 10.5 clutch stuff corresponding to it. car ran a 9.23 in the eighth mile on the nitto street tires i should point out that with these tires i had to granny it out of first and second gear never ran it on slicks. so never had it hookup. now for the bad engine knocks when cold and goes away when warm all the stang techs i ask about it tell me its piston slap for those who dont know its when you have aluminum pistons and an iron block and both metals have a different expantion rate so the pistons are too small for the cylinder bores when cold. also have a sound system in it sounds good has two tens an amp and a kenwood radio its not a competition system by any means. Hate to let her go i got about 7000.00 in her asking 4500.00 or best offer. post pics when i get home at parents house right now hopefully i can figure it out.

There are your pics, too bad you are on the other side of the country or I'd be interested. Oh you might want to go back and add your location to your profile so a MOD doesn't lock your thread.

The problem for me would be getting the car back east. I would end with $5500 into the car because of shipping. Im sure thats the case with alot of people. It is a nice car and Im sure its rust free so it will sell its just a matter of time.
What is the VIN on the car because it shouldnt come back as a 4cyl.

ok heres the deal cars really an 83 but prior to buying it someone did a very extensive job of converting it into an 85 the wholedrivetrain was from an 85 interior and exterior only thing left on her from when i bought it is the motor which is a roller motor i overlook this fact because they did such a good job upon registering the car i had to get it inspected by the dmv and everything panned out so there anyways anybody got info on the vin 1FABP28A3DF122082
