86 Coupe

The car is absolutely new on the inside, and it is an extremely nice driver. Everything works, cruise, AC, heat, etc... The motor was rebuilt a few years ago, and has plenty of power with no oil consumption. The car has been re-painted and I have all of the records on the car. It has some scratches and door dings, etc.. I rate the overall condition an 85/100 (I am very anal)

It has 220k miles on it, but I challenge you to find one with 60k that's any nicer. The first person that comes to look at it in person will buy it.

The following has been done within the last 6 months:

- Tokico shocks and struts
- Steed Upper and Lower Control Arms
- Steeda Spings
- Steeda Caster Camber plates
- Motor Mounts
- Rear Main seal (2)
- Various Engine Dress up
- Throtle Body
- Tune Up
- Window Tint
- Detaling

These items have been completed within the last year:

New Ford speedometer cable, and VSS to cure speedo "bounce"
New Ford turn signal switch
New Ford domelight and lens
New Ford headlight switch and knob
New Ford rear main seal
Fel-Pro bonded metal valve cover gaskets
50Resto door, run channel, and dew wipe rubbers
50Resto headliner and sunvisor kit
50Resto console lid
ACC Mass Back carpet kit
Factory Valeo clutch kit
JVC CD player

Thanks guys. I really do not want to sell, but a financial situation is putting me in the situation. I am not intersted in trades on any bikes.

Thank you!

I am not interested in trades right now. I am trying to find a way to not sell the car if I can. I have a couple of things cooking that may pan out. As discussed last night. I will stay in touch.

Nice talking with you last night, sounds like you know your stuff.

Well.. if the wife lands the stay at home job this week, the car is staying. At one point about a month ago I was sick of messing with the car. Now that I may actually have to sell due to $$ reasons, I doing what I can to keep it.

I have no idea. I am assuming that there are no valve reliefs and the heads are from 86. I do not know for sure. The car was 100% bone stock when I got it. I am pretty confident that the previous owner had it rebuilt with stock parts.

Ok.. I have responded to all PM's and e-mails.

I have had the same questions over and over, so hear are some things that I should have included in my post.

1. Title is free and clear
2. Car has never been wrecked
3. I have all documentation on car (paper work from orginal owner)
4. Engines was rebuilt about 60k miles ago, does not smoke
5. No leaks of any kind
6. Car was 100% bone stock when I purchased
7. I do no not know if the AC was dealer installed???
8. Factory gears
9. I can not deliver the car
10. When the car was re-painted, only the outside surfaces was re-painted, no jams

I hope this gets it all. If I missed your question, please send me another PM.

Thanks for the interest.

Still getting lots of e-mails, yes.. I would trade for the right car. Not really in a position to spend much out of pocket to make a trade work. Would consider 66/67 Fairlane, Comet or 79 Cobra

Really looking to trade if anything. I will get more out of a trade than trying to sell. Not really trying to sell since my wife got a job, but if the right car comes along, I would like to consider it. I keep getting e-mails about the car, so I figured I would keep my options open.
