Modded 86 SVO 9L 78K miles

1986 Mustang SVO, Oxford white w/ grey leather.
78K original miles with many mods.

I purchased the vehicle approximately 3 years ago from the original owner with a little under 75K miles. The vehicle was solid but needed some TLC. The car is virtually rust free with two spots on the rear hatch (near the back window). There is no rust underneath the doors, hatch nor undercarriage. The undercarriage even sports the factory gray coating. The original leather seats were replaced with fresh leather from E&G classics. The interior is about a 9/10. I pulled the original engine and tranny and completely stripped the engine bay of all wiring, degreased and scrubbed clean. I repainted the engine bay as well as the front and rear bumper covers. The remainder of the exterior paint is original. I also installed a set of good condition side spats. The window dew wipes were replaced with new ones as well. Click on the link below for pictures when she first arrived home with a few recent pictures of the interior, wheels w/ twin piston front calipers and new engine. The vehicle dyno’d 297.7 rwhp and 318 torque 2+ years ago. The best time at the track (again 2+ years ago) was 13.032 @ 108.91. Since then I have replaced the entire exhaust from the head back (i.e. header, turbo, external wastegate, 3” v-band assembly, etc..) , added a larger camshaft, larger injectors and wideband O2 gauge and sensor. In current form the car should trap around 113-114mph.

Mods were documented in the recent 300whp SVO Newsletter as well as taking 2nd place at the 2004 SVOCA Reunion. I also took 2nd place at LSU's ME car show in the modded class.
