FS: 1985 Mustang GT 5.0 5 Speed 2500

I have a 1985 Mustang GT 5.0 with a 5 speed tranny. The car runs and drives very good. It has about 140,000 miles on it, but the oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. I put a new Ford Racing clutch and flywheel in about 5,000 miles ago. At that time I also installed a Steeda clutch quadrant and a steeda firewall adapter. While I was replacing the clutch I took the carburetor off and shipped it to southern california to be rebuilt. The only other mods that the car has is underdrive pulleys and a 3g alternator conversion. The car also has dual exhaust with flowmaster mufflers.

The exterior of the car is in pretty good condition. The car is Jalapeno Red and the paint is less than a year old. After painting I wet sanded it to smooth the paint out. When I had the car disassembled for paint I put on new side marker lenses, new parking lenses and new headlights. I also installed all new weatherstripping throughout the car. I also put on a new cowl grill and trim. The interior of the car is in pretty good condition. The seats are nice, but the carpet is showing some wear. It has four new Kuhmo tires on the stock 10 hole wheels. The car has manual windows and locks. It also has A/C but it is currently not blowing cold. The previous owner told me a new pump was installed but that the system was never charged up. The car has a fairly new 4 core radiator in it as well.

Overall the car is in pretty good condition, and only needs a few things to make it nice. I am asking 2500. I am located in Redwood City, CA. E-mail me at [email protected]
