1982 Mustang GT (Open-Track / Street)

(New lower price $10,000) Up for sale is my 1982 GT. I have owned a mustang for 27 years straight and this specific car for 15 yrs. This car started out mostly "stock'ish",and transformed to a highly modified open-track machine. Highlights include 408W roller motor, Tremec, Baer 13" brakes, coil-overs, K-member, 5 Link. Too many kids and jobs to persue the open-track commitment. For the last 4-5 years, car has literally been to town for milk a few times only. You will not see yourself coming around the corner every time you take it out ! Not super rare but when I only find one on Ebay and Autotrader... Throw together a 408W crate motor and a Tremec tranny and you basically have my price for the car. This weeks firm price (old price $11,000).

This price level still includes the "extras package". This includes the original front fenders, original hatch w/ louvers, 2000 Cobra R rims, Cobra passenger seat, et al.

The car for being 30 years old is super solid. I didnt even like to get it wet and judging from its condition, neither did any of the previous owners. It has roughly 100k miles on it. (91K actual)

The car is being offered here before it heads of the the Craigslist crowd.

The car is located in Upstate NY, between Ithaca & Binghamton, zip 13743.

I can be reached by email or cell: 607-765-1283. ( I dont always have computer access therefor answering may wait till evenings)

More pics coming and at: "Wide Body" without being obnoxious is how I would describe tire capability. The front fenders have been stretched and opened to allow for 2000 Cobra R rims and Hoosier tires.
