This is my 1983 GT. It has a nice black interior (can add pics later) with Black and gray Recaro seats. Clean dash, Autogage op/temp/volt gauges in a custom panel where radio was. Factory stripper, no A/c, manual windows and locks.
308 with iron 1969 model casting heads w/1.95/1.5 valves.
Block is a stock 1983 casting, zero decked and bored .040. The crank is stock, the rods are stock, shot peened and Arp bolted. Speedpro pistons. Erson .501 lift cam. Edelbrock Torker II manifold with a SS650 Quickfuel carb. Flowtech headers, wrapped with thermotech wrap. Polished Ford racing valve covers. MSD 6AL w/2-step.
Stock T5 5-speed trans with a Dual friction clutch custom built by a local clutch shop. Very strong piece.
Front suspension is a QA1 tubular K member, D&D tubular arms, UPR coilovers, UPR CC plates, lincoln Mark 8 slotted rotors and 1989 spindles. Strange adjustable struts and a Flaming river manual rack.
Rear Suspension is the Baseline Suspension Drag Launch kit with Eibach drag springs and Strange adjustable shocks.
The rear end is an 8.8 with moser axles. C Clip eliminated 5 lug. Stock 28 spline trac lock unit rebuilt with a ford racing rebuild kit and extra material.
The Wheels are Summit Warrion R/T's with brand new Kumho fronts and very nice 26x8.50 Hoosiers.
