It is currently a carbed GT40 engine, but was originally an EFI car. I still have the wiring harness for it, and it was updated to mass air already. I still have all the original stuff for the car, in case one day I wanted to restore it. any or all of this may be negotiated as well....original motor (complete, ran fine, about 110,000 miles), original AOD (shifted perfectly, also about 110,000 miles), 3.27 gearset (perfect), wiring harness for EFI, white door panels, front brakes/spindles/rotors/calipers, headers, h-pipe.
i was a collision tech a few years ago and stripped the car to the metal and straightened out any waves and dings. it is about as straight as you can get it. The only body issues are the rust starting in the lower doors and some rock chips from driving it. there is a crack in the paint on the front bumper cover where some dumbass backed into it lightly in a parking lot, but it wont show up in the pictures.
a set of absolutely rust free, although with the normal door dings, doors from an 87 vert GT could be negotiated off of me too, but not without the car itself.
I am the third owner. First owners were an older couple in Lexington. Second owner had it a few months, put a new top and tires on it, and sold it to me. Ive had it since Oct 1999, the title shows a title print date of Nov 1999, no liens
make an offer. I know that the parts alone on the body and interior would bring $1000+, so somewhere in that ballpark. But, i dont want to part it out. I want to see someone build it. Its been a fun toy, but i am building a 393 and a convertible will not hold up to that power in my mind, plus, i prefer a hatchback. someone out there somewhere needs a rust free solid vert body....
make an offer. trades for hatchbacks WITH TITLES are a possibility.

and i will send along more pictures, its a PITA to get them up on here
