. Chassis is a 1986 Mustang Coupe with clean Maryland Title. The entire chassis was powder coated in charcoal grey with all suspension and some accessories powder coated gloss black. The car is set up for a twin turbo or single turbo set up with front mounting plate incorporated in to the chassis. The engine bay is set up with a front and rear plate for Ford 351 Windsor application and has a removable transmission mount set for a power glide transmission. I will list all parts included with the car below. All parts are brand new and never used, just mounted on the car about a month ago to roll it out of the shop. Vehicle has factory floor pan tied in and welded to the cage in order to keep it NMRA legal as well. Body: 1986 Mustang 6cyl Notch Back âCoupeâ clean MD title. Car is media blasted, no primer or paint. Racecraft 17â wing.
Fiberglass: VFN Fiberglass Mustang GT front nose, dashboard, side skirts, rear bumper, 5â cowl hood back to the glass and deck lid. New OEM style steel fender to keep NMRA legal.
Windows: I have all original glass except front window.
Interior: I have all interior pieces minus the headliner. Interior not installed. Car comes with (2) Kirky aluminum seats with grey tweed covers and (2) RJK grey 5pt camlock belts. Seats and belts are all new and never used. Seats are powder coated gloss black. Painless rocker switch box new in box with mounting bungs incorporated in to the roll cage over the dash to mount it and a B&M polished pistol grip shifter with Tran brake button for a power glide.
Front â Racecraft chromoly tubular K-member with racing tubular control arms and 2â Racecraft drop spindles. QA1 10 way adjustable shocks with Afco Chrome 125lb coil springs and Racecraft caster caber plates. The K-member is set up for a pinto style rack and pinion and includes a Uni-stear manual pinto rack.
Rear â Moser M9 box style 9â rear end with 41 spline gun drilled and star flanged Moser axels. Wolf Racecraft double adjustable lower control arms and custom HFR Fabrication upper control arms with Wolf Racecraft spherical bushings. Afco adjustable coil over shocks with custom drag radial valving. No coil springs included. Custom 3â Anti roll bar unit tied into roll cage.
Braking: Racecraft manual brake plate with upgraded Wilwood master cylinder.
Front: Wilwood heavy duty race brakes with drilled rotors with polished dual piston calipers.
Rear: Wilwood heavy duty race brakes with drilled rotors with dual polished dual piston calipers.
To assist in stopping, HFR has equipped this car with a twin shoot mount set up.
In The Trunk: 5 gallon aluminum RCI fuel cell matched and welded to another 5 gallon aluminum RCI fuel cell to feed the large custom made intercooler mounted in the back seat area. The cell for the intercooler has a Miezer pump mounted on it. The trunk is also set up for (2) standard size Optima batteries and has the shut off rod installed.
Fire System: Fircharger suppression system
Wheels: Car will leave on (4) donuts. I had not gotten around to ordering wheels yet. The rear mini tubes will fit a 15x12 wheel with a 5-6â back space.
