1968 Mustang Coupe 289 Florida $2800

This is a project car. I was going to do a Resto-mod, but I came across a 1967 convertible and decided to buy that and sell this one. I really have not had a chance to do a whole lot with this car but I will tell you what I know. As far as rust the only rust I have found is the front floorboards, which of course means the cowls are rusted and in the lower right door. Also the battery box apron is rusted out. There are no front seats or carpet, but the rear seat is there. I will try to get more pics of the inside and engine compartment soon.

It has a 289 with an Edlebrock F4B intake Holley carb, Headers, manual steering and brakes(drum). It needs a radiator and distributor at least in order to run. Also it will need a transmission, the previous owner took the pan and valve body out. If I get some time I am going to try and get a distributor to see if it will crank and how well it runs.

This is a very solid car in the frame rails and quarter panels, I had looked long and hard to find one this rust free. I am just trying to get my money back out of it. It is located in Haines City, FL you can call me at 407-552-8926 or email [email protected],
Thanks
Jeff

Do you have a Title? Whats the VIN number? Looks like it has a 67 frontend with 68 quarters.

I have a bill of sale from Georgia, I have not looked into getting a FL title yet but was told it should not be a problem. VIN # 8T01C145332 The Data plate reads 65A F 2A D6A 21 2 w.

Someone has put '67 fenders and a '67 grill in it.
Thanks
