FS: 1968 Mustang 289 car

I have a 1968 Mustang For Sale. The guy I bought it off of started to restore it about two years ago and now its just sitting. No motor or tranny installed. Has new quarters, trunk, and floors. Factory AC car with power steering. I have the title. Shock towers good. Car does need work. Battery apron needs replaced. Needs the part of the frame where the front bumper bolts on and the part back towards the floorboards. All of these little pieces can be bought from CJ Pony for around $50. Everything on the back half is solid. The hardest part is done, now the front half needs done. The trunk is full of parts including original 289 carb, intake, radiator, c4 tranny, ac stuff, PS stuff, etc. Car was originally a vinyl top car and it should be put back on.

As of right now i'm taking best offers. I have more pics available and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

The pics were taking in September, but the car has been stored in the garage since then and it looks the same.

Thanks

I found a similar car in TX for $1000. What do you want for it?

And you didn't buy it? This car has new quarters, floors, trunk, and the underneith is solid. Hardest part is done, the rear. Now just needs the front half done. Not to mention it is a factory v8 a/c p/s car. Still open to offers or trades.

it is kind of hard to place a value on the car and play the how much guessing game. A buyer is going to try and get it as cheap as possible and as a seller you want to try and get as much as possible. It is your car--how much?
On a side note, i also just found one in similar cond running for $1000 along with a lot of new parts-and i jumped on it.

No, I didn't buy it because of a title issue..

So, like we're all asking...

How much?

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I could care less what was spent on the car or any other car for that matter. You can never get the money out of a car that you put into it. I'm just offering what its worth.

Not too kill all the guys trying to get a deal on a car, but the price he is asking is well within the normal selling range. I have a car in the same condition that had about 4K in new parts put in it. You think I'm gonna sell it for 1K, LMAO, no. It will get finished and sold for about 8500-10K.

I just had an offer for $500-$700. I'm ONLY taking serious offers! The lowest I can go is $1850. If I go any lower I might as well just let it sit in the corner of the garage. Great start to have a restored 68 v8 a/c p/s car the hardest part is done.
