Unhappy '65-68 Fastback, restomod/restored

Unfortunately, my '71 Mach 1 was totaled in an accident a few months ago. I feel pretty naked without a classic Mustang so I'm in the market for its replacement. I'm leaning towards '65-66 and '67-68 fastbacks. I'm looking for a car that requires no paint/body work and has a fully restored interior, doesn't need to be original, as I'm likely to modify it. I place very little value in the engine as that is something I will definitely be replacing with one of my own. Some basic upgrades I'm keen on making if not made already:
  1. Air conditioning
  2. Disc brakes on all 4 corners
  3. Rollcage and subframe connectors
  4. Suspension upgrades

Additionally, I'm located in southern Arizona where rusty cars practically do not exist. I'm not looking for any vehicles from the rust belt and eastwards, but if you have a good clean example of a classic Mustang that is original or restomod, please drop me a line.

A few shots of my old ride... she was a sweet ol' fatty and hauled it like you wouldn't believe. EEC-V retrofit and a built 4R70W transmission, all computer controlled... seriously fast.
