1969 Shelby for sale GT500

26,000 miles, not sure what it is worth. I will have it at Columbus swap meet this weekend if anybody wants to see it. It has been sitting since 1979. I started it up and drove it today. I am missing some of the stock parts, I will keep looking, have the original title and bill of sale from the ford dealer. I am sorry about the pics, I will get it cleaned up before the show. Has a gas leak that I have to fix.

I will send and return all the PM's soon. I just did a quick hand wash and wipe down of the interior. The inside is very nice, all there and in great shape. Looks very nice. I will start her up, drive it outside and get some pics of it outside if it stops raining today.

The car has been in the family since brand new, death is the reason for sale and family could use the money.

It is an unrestored low mileage car. Doing some checking, the color is Pastel Gray looks white. It has a couple options that was added. It has a special intake with two holley carbs, it has an overdrive rearend. There is a lever by the seat that changes the gear ratio. A lakewood scatter shield was added for the close ratio 4 speed. The car needs a good detailing which should help the car. I will get a Marti report in a week or so.

I am still trying to find ALL the stock parts, I have found quit a few and will keep looking.

As for a price, that is hard. The market is so bad, that is the reason I plan on taking it to C-bus this weekend, so I can get a feel. We have talked about bringing a couple more fastbacks to try to sell. Might have to wait to spring on those. See how this one goes.

Had one person come over to look at it, he has offered $35,000, says thats all the money he has. I still want to see if we can get some more. Have to start someplace I guess.

I will look at ALL offers, cash is King, but if I had to take a nice mustang and cash I would. Might be alittle easier to sell a smaller priced mustang.

I will try to get new pics when it stops raining.

Well don't leave us hanging give us a ball park figure, What does 85% of the people on here's dream car go for in this market?

1991 GT Conv 347 Dart Single Turbo
1998 Dodge 3500 4x4 Bring this one back from the dead
1998 Mercury Grand Marquis
Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected?
