FS: 1970 Mach 1, built 408, spray, etc...

Guys,

FS is a 1970 Mach 1. It's a clean, straight car with a clear title in hand. Looking for $18k OBO. Willing to entertain REASONBLE offers. NO TRADES.

Sorry, no dyno numbers or track times. It's been run in the 1/8 mile a few times, but got NT's. Basic build list is as follows (if there is SERIOUS interest, I'll get a complete build list and more pics):

351C stroked to 408, built and balanced by Mustang Performance Racing in Pompano Beach, FL
C6 trans w/3500 stall converter & B&M slapstick
Built 9" w/4.33's
Dumps with electronic cutouts at the headers
Weld big & littles w/like new M/T 28" slicks
Comes with painted to match original rims for the street
N.O.S. Big shot plate system setup for 150 but NEVER sprayed
Fresh Grabber Orange paint with black stripes and 4" cowl hood
Subframe connectors
6pt welded roll bar
DS loop
All -8an fuel lines
Holley Black pump

Pics:

SERIOUS buyers call 786-389-4342 or contact me here for more info.

Thanks,
DWR

Nice looking ride man. Are you sure it's Grabber Orange? Looks like it may be Calypso Corral orange. What's up with the 1/4's, aren't they '69 Mach 1 1/4's?

The 69 1/4's look great on there, it's the best of both worlds IMO. Good luck with the sale.

Sorry, I guess I didnt subscribe to the thread so I had no idea it was replied to.

Anyway, yes, it's PB, but no PS. The car is VERY streetable. Starts and idles just fine, every time. The stall is a tiny bit high for a DD, but nothing to sniffle about when your looking at this kinda build.

The heads are edelbrocks, not ported or anything.
The price is OBO guys. Will take $17k now!

Car can be seen at 2:10 making a motor pass at a 'make-shift' track with no VHT down.
