'67 Mustang 'vert c-code SoCal

I'm listing my '67 Mustang 'vert for sale since I found a mach1 I'd like to buy.

To be fair, here are the problems/issues I know about up front. The good stuff is below.
- 1 quarter-sized rust hole in the undercarriage (not through the floorpan)
- Wrinkled inner front fender and rad support (not bad, but evidence of previous collision.
- Bondo'd rear quarter (don't know how old)
- Transmission leak (input shaft?)
- Folding glass rear window has split at seam.

I have a zip file full of pics I can send to anyone interested. Sorry, I haven't posted any pics to this site yet.

As far as price, basically make me an offer. I'd like to get in the upper-teens for it, but we'll see. Enough to cover the price of the Mach ($10K) + some cash to put aside for a new house. I will consider trades for other Mustangs, but it must be a trade+cash deal for my car.
