FR500C Intake Runner Replacement Trumpets/Air Horns/Bellmouths

Complete set of replacement intake runner trumpets for the FR500C Cammer DOHC intake manifold. There are 3 lengths-3”, 2”, and 1 1/2". The 3” are OEM Ford Racing parts. I had the custom 2” and 1 1/2" ones made. I did this to help with upper RPM capability. With this set of 12 trumpets, you can set up two scenarios. Mount the 3” on the center runners and the 2” on the outer runners. Or mount the 2” on the center runners and the 1 1/2” on th outer tunners. I had the 2” and 1 1/2" ones mounted on my intake (pictured below) and it performed very well and yielded a very broad power band.

With the custom trumpets, you need to install some M4 studs and mount them with nuts and lock washers. I also made some half-moon shaped washers but that probably isn’t necessary. There just isn’t enough clearance to get bolts in with the shorter trumpets.

This set of trumpets would be great form somebody wanting to shorten the runners a bit or for somebody with an intake with missing trumpets. Without any trumpets, the intake just does not perform well at all. I’ve seen comparison power numbers with and without trumpets installed. All of these have been test fitted on the intake only and have never been run on an engine.
$200 shipped. PM if interested.
