1979 Fairmont 4.8 LSx/Big Turbo/TH400

Video Updates! (1-10-2013)
Please subscribe to YouTube Channel for more updates!

What I got here is a 1979 Ford Fairmont, a 900 dollar beast machine.
I bought this off some rednecks up in Space Coast (Cape Canaveral) and drove it down to Miami, hasn't given me one issue yet.

It currently has an 85hp 3.3l Inline 6. Though it came from Cape Canaveral - it is far from a Rocket Ship.

Here are a few pictures of the drive down.
The rednecks were very generous and gave me a cardboard license plate. :drive:
Yes that is my plastic removable passenger window in the back seat, came with the car.

GOALS: 9.5x and/or 140mph in the 1/4

Things I still need (I'm sure theres more):

[s]Tranny[/s]/Converter
Piping/Clamps/Couplers/Flanges
8.8 Rear (4lug? 5lug? Disc?)
Custom Driveshaft
Wastegate
Radiator/Fan
Flexplate/Spacer
Sensors
[s]Tuner (EFI Live/HP Tuners)[/s]

More to come.

Pictures of the Patriot Gold Spring Kit

I have been entertaining the idea of using E85 lately... Sorry for the lack of real progress. This car is currently my daily driver, I'm trying to get my '87 LX Notchback running so I can drive that and put this under the knife. The Mustang was once Turbo/Blowthrough Carb before I decided to build this. I need to fix my butchery and put it back to Stock/Fuel Injection/driveable/reliable.

Heres the tranny, like I said - looks pretty. It has a JW Ultra Bell, and supposedly came of a 800hp Camaro but I'll let it speak for itself when I get in. LOL
