issues with LS2 SVO

hey fellas, last night we tried stabbing the LS2 into the SVO.. the SVO has a D&D racing 5.0 liter K member..we are using 4.6 motor mounts.. the LS has a H3 Alpha oil pan.. which is supposed to be pretty "thin" but the pan hits the top of the manual rack... is the camaro pan that much more thinner????

Here is everything you need to know about the oil pans. I am running a CTS-V oil pan in my 93 coupe and it fits perfect, lowest part of the pan is about even witht he bottom of the kmember.

New AJE with ls1 motor mounts, went in like a glove after AJE sent me the right motor mount(sent me one 4.6 and one ls1)

I think I saw your post on ls1tech.

yes i posted there also.. we removed the oil pan and the windage tray still hits the rack.. the rack is OE '79 model.. so its thicker in the center to say the flaming river rack.. either way, it looks like the D&D motorsports K member is at fault.. we are going to lower the rack mounts to under the main tube instead of on top..
