lq9 and spray, computer

do i need to get a computer out of a vehicle that had an lq9 to work right with mine? will lq4 computer work? 5.3?

also, how weak is the stock lq9 rotating assembly?

im going to hit it with a 150 shot, is she going to grenade?

I think that it'll take the 150 shot just fine(tune dependent), but over that I'll start thinking about forged pistons and rods. Remember that the 93+ 5.0's came with hypereutectic pistons and people were using that size shot without issues....everything is in the tune!

Its not a question of how weak it is ,its how much will it takes before it gives up. Some guys make over 800HP and they live and some blow them up at 500.
Just dont be "that guy" that runs it out of tune on the gas and then when it gives up everyone will say the motors are weak.
I would say that with the tune right and plenty of octane it will take 150 for a long time.
