th400 to LS motor flexplate ?

i need a flexplate (auto tranny) for my build i called summit and they said nobody makes one .. does anyone have a company name or part number .


91 lx Hatch 6.0(STOCK SHORTBLOCK) LSX 412rwhp
ON 275 RADIALS
10.84 @ 127 on motor
10.18 @ 135 150 shot ( still need tuning)

try jegs,i believe they carry one...


the stooge with the quickest cam only ls on the [email protected]

What stall coverter are you going to use ?

93 notch ls7 show and go
90 notch ls3 show and go
95 notch LTX
95 impala ss 396 lt4

Best for the price is GM Part # 12621399 ($57.30 from dealer)

Complete flexplate, spacer, and bolts. Makes a glide/th350/400 a direct bolt up.

90 Mustang LX, 23k orig miles. Factory mint in/out. LSx Single Turbo S-91.5mm, Vasco th400, chance converter, Strange 8.8". 2700lb,
89 Notchback - Stock shortblock 88k mile LS1, th350, 3.73/28" M&H - 8.8", 9.9 @ 144 - 2850 raceweight.

8" 4200 stall from ATI

The gm flexplates are notorious for cracking buy the hughes or tci and be done with it.

If you are using a early 6.0L with the long crank, you just need a factory flexplate for a 99 6.0L 2500hd truck.

Ive yet to see a 6.0 gm flexplate crack (out of 100's), only the fbody LS1 flexplates.


I run a Meziere Billet One piece LS flexplate on mine...its about $400 from Jegs/Summit. THANK GOD it came with a motor I bought or I would never have spent the $ for such a nice piece.

i have a 6.0 i still have to verify year(where is the date code?) but it has the short crank, the flex plate is bowed in not straight. what will i need for that to go to a th400?


is this the part number i need? just trying to be 100% sure.
