cheap quality body shop in MD/DC/VA area

i've just posted my 1990 GT Vert project for sale since i cant find a bodyshop that can paint my car for a reasonable price. Everywhere i go wants $4K+... any leads on a quality shop that is reasonably priced so i can keep my toy? Im in Baltimore but willing to tow it somewhere good.

first of all CHEAP and QUALITY dont go in the same sentence secondly are you doing the prep work or how bad is the body? if the body is straight you can (believe it or not ) get an awesome paint job from MAACO. its all about the prep work . there is a shop here in Va Beach that is highly recomended but he would probably be in the 2500 - 3000 range with very little "repair " work he has painted several cars for me with outstanding results.such as this one which was a complete color change (jamb's and all) so you can give him a call at 757-340-8188 or 757-463-2659 and ask for charlie

Most of the body work is done and ready... it can be at someones garage for all i care... at this point im almost ready to buy decent paint and have Earl Scheib apply it.

I had a bunch of repair work done to an Evo I used to own at a place called Straight Line Auto Body in Elkridge, price was right and it turned out killer. Ask for John.
